This position involves cutting, edgebanding, and helping assemble quality custom-crafted cabinetry for our valued clients. If you enjoy hands-on work, a fun work environment, and love seeing what you’ve created at the end of the day this is your chance!

Working hours:

• Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM Fridays are non-production unless needed

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Running CNC

• Maintaining quality of parts

• Running Edgebander

• Position involves cross-training so a willingness to do all positions is desired

• Assembly of machined components

• Sanding

Qualifications and Skills:

• Great attitude and desire to learn

• Maintain workplace safety

• Willing to create and follow standard work processes

• Adaptability- Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demand; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

• Attendance/ Punctuality - Is consistently at work on time and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent

• Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment.

• No experience necessary as we will train the right person, pay will be based on experience and we are willing to hire all experience levels

• Use of basic shop equipment
