Job description
Seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for locally owned business to schedule service calls and inspections, order parts, work with technicians and customers, create quotes and invoices, answer billing questions, assist Service Manager and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent phone and email skills - including spelling and grammar
Accuracy, attention to detail and efficient use of time
Customer service excellence
Follow established rules and use good judgement to solve problems and perform assigned tasks
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Self-starter that learns quickly
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with continually changing priorities
Team player that respects coworkers and customers
Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Coordinator or in a position with continual customer contact a plus.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or (GED) required. Plus, trade school and/or some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and installation manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small groups situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Employee must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Continued improvement through on-the-job training, individual professional growth, and State required education levels. Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
