We are seeking a full-time groundskeeper at Tanglewood located in Sebring, FL.

In this role, you will be performing a variety of routine, emergency and preventative maintenance tasks for community common buildings, common areas and leased homes to ensure long-term viability of the community.

Job duties include:

• Ensuring the community is presentable, inviting, and adheres to curb appeal standards.
• Completing grounds work which may include picking up trash, sweeping curbs and dumpster areas, light tree maintenance and maintaining landscaping beds and other common areas.
• Light maintenance duties such as plumbing, painting, electric and the safe use of power tools and equipment, etc.
• Following safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
• Maintaining a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Performing a variety of routine, emergency and preventative maintenance tasks for community common buildings, common areas and leased homes to ensure long-term viability of the community.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

To be considered, you should have:

• Ability to collaborate with Property Manager, to take initiative to complete tasks timely, and reliability.
• Previous experience and general knowledge of landscaping highly preferred.
• Previous experience and general knowledge of basic maintenance standards preferred.
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record before being able to drive a Company vehicle or personal vehicle on Company business.
