Are you a go-getter with a positive disposition and a passion for making customers happy? We are seeking a Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. In this role, you will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct them to their destination. You will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in energetic manner
• Process payments via cash, credit card and checks
• Handle multi-line phone system
• Maintain clean and organized customer area/lounge
• Process and file paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication skills
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Auto dealership experience preferred
• Neat professional appearance at all times
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
