This is a part-time position, Friday & Saturday 2pm-10:30pm & On-Call Position

The Springs at Happy Valley is seeking a Part Time Concierge with a blend of customer service skills, problem solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities include:

• Managing room reservation calendar to coordinate residents' private events
• Scheduling salon appointments
• Coordinating personal online shopping
• Coordinating outside services such as dry cleaning
• Communicating community announcements to residents
• Covering front desk during receptionist breaks
• Submitting work requests for maintenance team
• Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Customer Service
• Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/Outlook
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments
• Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
• Ability to solve practical problems
