Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 Firm, seeks to expand its Construction Group’s footprint in the Boston, MA market.
Our construction lawyers have devoted their legal careers to serving the construction industry, and they enjoy national reputations for their work. The Construction Group comprises skilled litigators and transactional attorneys, a combination of talent that affords our clients a breadth of experience and depth. Our lawyers handle a broad range of issues involved in construction projects, including contract procurement and delivery, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts, and claims and dispute resolution. We work on all types of construction projects, including commercial and industrial buildings, roads, bridges, power, and infrastructure projects.
Qualified candidates will ideally have 3 to 7 years of experience with commercial contract drafting and negotiation in construction matters, as well as experience with commercial, business or construction litigation matters. Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required. Top academic credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required. Experience with Relativity/eDiscovery software and processes is strongly preferred.
