Local, established, (Tampa, FL) Galeforce Roofing is looking to hire and train experienced Construction Coordinators. Due to explosive demand from recent storms that have affected thousands of Home Owners we are expanding at a high rate! Rated one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the U.S. We're looking to bring on both experienced and entry-level construction people to assist production in the Tampa and Fort Myers area.

Lifetime Quality Roofing is looking for a team member (ideally bilingual English/Spanish) to coordinate our roofing construction and handle minor roof repairs. Company vehicle and gas card provided as well as vacation time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs to roofs, home exteriors
• Perform minor dry-wall repairs and finishing paint
• Supervise roofing construction projects as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are being met
• Procure additional materials as needed to complete the project
• Ensure documentation (photos) of construction progress and final job photos
• Assure quality and control quality
• Post permits and related paperwork for permitting and inspections
• Meet with municipality building inspectors as required
• Work to resolve any issues or mistakes that could have occurred during the project
• Collect Certificate of Completions documents and accept payments from customers upon completion of work
• Attend weekly meetings at company office
• Return excess material back to supplier
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
• Hands-on roofing experience
• Ability to climb a ladder and walk a 2-story roof
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work outside in hot/humid conditions
• Must have smartphone
• Must be computer literate

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
