- A Consultant, Data Analytics, should be the reliable source of outputs for projects in which data treatment capabilities are required. To fulfill this, he/she should be able to:
- acquire key required coding capabilities, primarily in SQL and SAS, to fulfill our common data treatment needs
- develop analytical and programming approach to simple requests
- structure data requests and data quality checks with supervision from a senior colleague
- structure and set-up simple datamarts approaching the senior ABM members whenever required for help
- resolve most basic issues around format and data quality to unblock datamart set-up situations (independently or collaborating with other ABM unit or client team members)
- The Consultant should also contribute to the overall growth and development of Delta Partners' ABM Practice. To fulfil this, he/she should be able to:
- Support ABM product development cycle by carrying out simple experiments using acquired data treatment and analysis techniques
- Document and standardise codes used for experiments
- The Consultant should demonstrate proactivity in advancing their learning and professional growth by seeking coaching and mentoring from senior ABM and Practice colleagues.Experience and Skills:
- Quantitative degree from a top school or previous relevant work experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in management consulting or in the telecommunications industry is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Digital (TMD) industry
- Knowledge of other programming languages beyond SAS and of advanced statistical analysis is an advantage
