JOB SUMMARY:
  • Enhance operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement mindset, drive performance and lead successful projects while leveraging resources.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Represents, tracks and encourages GOS & Lean Six Sigma culture within the site.
  • Identifies opportunities/issues, defines and manages continuous improvement projects using the Lean Sigma/ DMAIC framework. Fully responsible of project completion and all parts involved for a project to be successful (Structure, Objectives, Communication, Tools, etc.).
  • Meet cost saving targets or KPI improvement targets by using Lean/Six Sigma methodology (primarily) or others within the site.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, implementation and maintenance of all CI Playbook processes and other metric improvement projects and programs.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma Training preferred.

Experience Target:
  • Call Center experience, preferably coming from an analytical job role
  • Experience assessing organizational needs, designing and developing solutions and implementing/ evaluating initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational behavior and group dynamics.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, resolve problems and present appropriate business solutions and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productive interpersonal professional relationships and interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency.
  • Meticulous attention to meeting timelines.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and most importantly Excel (pivot tables, slicers, reports, Visual Basic VBA).
  • Familiarity with statistical packages like Minitab, Tableau, PowerBl, SPSS or excel add-ins.
