JOB SUMMARY
Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to act as our Controller, Relocation assistance is available.
To join this team of superstars, you must have a passion for accounting, accuracy and attention to detail. You will act as the right hand to our Chief Financial Officer while providing oversight and assistance to the accounting team. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of the company. This will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Support Human Resources Department with Payroll related guidance as needed
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Supervise transaction-processing
- Ensure company-wide adherence to corporate and accounting policies and procedures
- Review of the monthly results to ensure adherence to GAAP
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain an organized and orderly filing system of all accounting documents
- Collaborate with external auditors as needed
- Assist CFO with audit planning, internal controls and best practices
- Comply with all local, state, and federal tax filings and reporting requirements
- Manage and mentor junior personnel in the accounting department

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years Controller, Sr. Accountant Experience or diversified public accounting experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Exceptional typing and data entry skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Good Conversational skills, be patient and confident, have a positive attitude.

- Climate controlled office environment
Physical demands
Constant sedentary work. You’ll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure to get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.
