We are a leading company in industrial manufacturing, looking for a Controls/Electrical Engineer to join our team! This is an onsite position where you will own the research, development, design and testing of electrical components and equipment.
We are a leading company in industrial manufacturing, looking for a Controls/Electrical Engineer to join our team! This is an onsite position where you will own the research, development, design and testing of electrical components and equipment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Maintains all PLC equipment programs, systems and data collection
- Ensure that all testing conforms to specifications and requirements
- Works across the manufacturing team to ensure electrical systems function properly
- Ensure all plant electrical systems are in accordance with the NEC
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years as an Electrical Controls Engineer
- Experience with PLC programming
- Experience with Allen Bradley SLC 500
