The Lasata Crossings, located in beautiful Cedarburg, is seeking dynamic and experienced cook to join our team working 36 hours/week.

The hours for a full time position are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, working every other weekend and every 3rd holiday.

Duties include:

• Preparing appetizing meals and food with standardized recipes, planned menus and special diet orders.
• Assists in setting up food service production line and serving meals.
• Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining room in accordance with established procedures.
• Assists in maintaining food storage areas in a clean and properly arranged manner and transport food from coolers and storage to kitchen as needed.
• Assumes the authority, responsibility and accountability of Head Cook in his/her absence.
• Performs administrative and other duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Dietary Supervisors.

Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional staff.

Experience in healthcare setting preferred but not required.
