The Wyndham Garden Norfolk Downtown is currently looking for Restaurant Cooks- Dinner (Full and Part Time).JOB DESCRIPTION:
To produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques. Part time hours 14-21 per week. Full time 30+hrs per week
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain quality and speed of output.
- Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of company food specifications and platings.
- Adherence to cost control guidelines.
- Food handling.
- Cleanliness
- COVID-19 vaccination recommended
- All applicants must have previous Restaurant or Banquet cooking experience
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organizational Skills.
- Adherence to company specifications.
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge.
- Works well under pressure.
- Reliable.
- All applicants must obtain a Virginia Food Handlers card
