We are currently seeking a Coordinator, IT to support our pharmacy operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for entering and maintaining customer billing and ship to information in appropriate systems per established controls;
- Responsible for entering and maintaining master customer and contract pricing in appropriate systems per established controls;
- Responsible for entering and maintaining customer and/or contract product on or off contract designation in appropriate systems;
- Prepare approved monthly summarized invoices and credit returns for selected clients;
- Responsible for obtaining proper approval and preparing credits or debits for customers as a result of audit, request from customer or internal Jubilant Radiopharma team member.
- Ensuring to use proper documentation and process per customer and or contract type;
- Review, process or enter any requests submitted by customer or internal team member;
- Provide Invoice copies from BillTrust to customers or appropriate internal Jubilant Radiopharma team member; Ensuring to follow established control conditions;
- Enter and maintain client dosing system license data in appropriate systems;
- Initiate, review and process any issues presented on daily audit report;
- Implement approved formulary requests in BioRX Master console;
- Delete approved Inventory items in Pharmacy BioRX System;
- Provide Level I Support to customers and Internal Jubilant Radiopharma team members;
- Perform and assist with BioRX user validation testing to ensure requirements are met before promotion into production testing; Unit Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, & User Acceptance Testing as required;
- Post all documentation to a central repository for reference and research;
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve departmental policies and procedures;
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups as assigned by management;
- Perform or assist with any operations and/or special projects as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements; Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies;
- Perform other related duties as assigned;
EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent experience or certifications required;
- Highly experienced (4+ years) in delivering quality Customer Service; Strong customer advocate, with proven follow-up customer satisfaction; Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and find realistic solutions; Ability to establish clear expectations and meet deadlines;
- Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license also required;
- Must be able to pass a background check, including a 7-year criminal check and drug test;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and expertise with data base maintenance required;
- Ability to translate data into information for presentation to customer;
- Accounting background, experience in 3rd party billing, and familiarity with healthcare contract maintenance preferred;
- Polished verbal and written communication skills required including strong email and telephone etiquette skills;
- Team oriented and highly experienced in collaborating cross-departmentally;
Demonstrated effective time management and multi-task skills; Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks ensuring customer time commitments are met; Strong detail orientation.
