TEAM Enterprises looking for a full time Corporate Accountant to work out of our corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Corporate Accountant is a mid-level role that will have the opportunity to gain experience creating daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and be an integral part of a team-based environment. This position reports into the Accounting Manager. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work with a very successful client(s) and to help continue their growth in the United States. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly billing for assigned client accounts.
• Billing reconciliation and other related projects as needed.
• Assist with month-end processes, including creation of required month-end reports
• Develop and maintain reports for special analysis.
• Act as point person for assigned client accounts
• Maintain general ledger, post journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations
• Research various financial issues
• Execute high volume accounts payable on a monthly cycle
• Prepare various monthly reconciliations.
• Research various questions and items from management and clients concerning related accounts.
• Prepare any necessary ad hoc reports or financial analysis requested by management.

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years’ experience in accounting, public or private
• Must be self-motivated and extremely well organized
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be thorough and have strong analytical skills
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and schedule activities to meet deadlines
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Must have strong Excel skills, as well as proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
