We have three divisions: Bath Fitter, Kitchen Saver, and Homespire Windows and Doors. As a leader in the industry, we are continuously looking for ways to expand and improve. We are in search of a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist in our corporate office located in Lewisberry, PA

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for working alongside a team of recruiters whom which will be supporting the sales and installation hiring needs for a region of territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find the right candidate using different avenues like cold calling, referrals, networking or using our ATS system.
• Source and screen qualified candidates for all positions

• Arrange in person or video interviews with managers.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs and manage the hiring process
• Imports and enters disposition of candidates from external sources
• Proper sourcing and interviewing of candidates via all resources available – Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Linkedin, social media, job fairs, cold calling etc
• Proper tracking of candidates via ATS
• Evaluates candidates based on their resume, work history, personality and present information to hiring managers
