Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join the Firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience focusing on mergers & acquisitions in a large regional or national law firm. Ideal candidates will also have experience with private fundraising, private equity financing, and other complex business transactions representing both buyers and sellers.
This position will involve managing a variety of transactions, and drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transactions documents. Outstanding written and oral communications skills as well as excellent academic credentials are a must. The candidate must be licensed to practice law, or be willing to take the next available bar exam.
