OneTouch Direct has an immediate need for a full-time Corporate Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, focused and detail oriented Trainer. We are searching for one-of-a-kind facilitators that can become masters of their area of focus, provide next-level delivery of content and activities, and provide an unmatched and engaging experience to our new hires that subscribes every agent to our company and the programs they serve. The successful candidate will effectively conduct new hire training and measure many areas of a call center employee such as, Compliance, Product Knowledge and Salesmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts sales/ customer service training as a Subject Matter Expert
- Follows teaching outlines and develops instructional methods such as individual trainings, group instructions, demonstrations and workshops.
- Tests trainees to measure progress and evaluate effectiveness of training.
- Reports progress of employees during training and nesting periods.
- Maintains trainee records and continuously communicates with operations on individual performance and areas of opportunity
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends as necessary
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
- Solid project and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and interact at a managerial level.
- Must have excellent presentation skills in the following areas: one-on-one and group facilitation.
- Must have an understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand the true business needs.
- Ability to speak, read and write English as a primary language.
Minimum work experience:
- 2-3 years of Training/Leadership focused on learning principles in a call center environment or retail environment
- The ability to interpret technical data, processes, operational instructions and manuals
Minimum Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma, required
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Training Certification, preferred
