Essential Functions as an AHP:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapies for patients' in Acute care
• Must be a self-starter
• Have an active NPI number and ability to bill Medicaid

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school or university

Licensure Requirements:
One of the following is required:

• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

Pay Range:

$50.00-$120.00/Hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
