Dunkin Crew Members

We are adding a new location in east Mesa near Power and Baseline Roads. We are currently looking for people who have previous shift lead experience to join our team. We will be using our location at Greenfield & Baseline to train for this new location. If interested, you must be willing to travel here until the new location is open. Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly service.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Crew Members are responsible for prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean fast paced environment.

You work as a team to meet guest’ needs and give them a reason to come back by taking orders at front counter and drive thru. Follow all company food safety standards, recipes, and systems. Keep the store clean, stocked and organized in the front, back and outside. Follow speed of service standards.

Crew Member Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old

Available to work morning shifts as early as 5am

Must be able to work weekends

Have reliable transportation

Enjoy working with others

Hold yourself accountable for being to work on scheduled days and times
