What We Offer

  • Starting Salary Range begins at $91,353.00 to $107,348.00 Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with intern.al equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices

Program: Mobile Crisis services for Solano County will include the provision of emergency crisis intervention services to Solano County residents — both youth and adults — who are acutely suicidal, homicidal, or gravely disabled. Services include phone crisis screening and triage; in-person crisis evaluation and crisis intervention services; and linkage to an appropriate level of follow-up service including, but not limited to, referring individuals to the crisis stabilization unit (CSU) or a local emergency department (ED). The Mobile Crisis Unit will deliver – in partnership with local law enforcement, the CSU, local EDs, and Solano County Behavioral Health (SCBH) – a coordinated system of crisis services. The Clinical Program manager will provide oversight for day-to-day functioning/supervision of the clinicians in the Mobile Crisis program, triaging calls and clinical guidance for teams when on calls in the community.

The Position: Clinical Program Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Hires, develops, trains, manages, and retains clinical program staff and a clinical team(s) to ensure customer satisfaction and culturally competent service delivery.
  • Functions as the liaison between team and community partners.
  • Provides fiscal stewardship of team, acts as a bridge between fiscal and other departments.
  • Ensures provision of high quality service by program staff consistent with the scope of practice applicable as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by Medi-Cal regulations and the California Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code.

Requirements:


  • Master’s Degree (MA/ MS) in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
  • Five (5) years of direct clinical experience required, including three (3) years’ experience in the area of children’s mental health preferred.
  • Two (2) years foster care and/or adoption experience required, if working in the Foster Care and Adoptions program.
  • Experience working with Serious Emotional Disabilities (SED) youth required.
  • Experience working with Children, Youth and/or Adults.
  • Registered with the BBS.
  • California licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) eligible preferred.

Other Specific Requirements


  • Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and Child Abuse Index Check (CAIC) background clearance.
  • Valid California Driver's license with two years of experience driving and clean driving record may be required.
