CRM Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Rapidly growing healthcare company is looking to add a CRM Specialist who can assist a high-volume sales team. This role will support the sales team on all customer account management matters by developing strong relationships with customers, preparing sales presentations, and managing the CRM system. In addition, this role will be responsible for helping the team to oversee all accounts and drive the sales pipeline workflow. You will consult with cross functional internal teams to improve the customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the deal for the sales team by supporting them with getting contracts signed within our standard days to close timeline.

· Use our CRM system to input and manage relationships and contracts.

· Produce performance metric reports for the sales team and customers when applicable.

· Reach out to customers to answer questions and provide updates.

· Support the sales team on the management of the CRM system data.

· Analyze all leads and pending contracts status to help drive movement.

· Assist in scheduling sales and customer follow up meetings.

· Assist in preparation of presentations and marketing materials for account meetings.

· Contact potential customers in pursuit of winning partnerships.

· Assist with weekly sales meetings preparations to report on workflow pipeline.

· Manage the transition of information from sales to operational launch team.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations team to improve the customer experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred but will consider someone with the right experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience
  • Experience with direct customer engagement required
  • Proficient in a CRM software is a must
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize and follow up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
