Job Description:
The Crowe on Campus Program Manager will oversee and execute the Crowe on Campus program and pipeline at selected Tier 1 and Tier 2 schools to provide a consistent, positive experience for all of our student participants. The Crowe on Campus Program Manager is not responsible for scheduling, managing, or overseeing any of the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement consistent identification, evaluation, selection and offer processes across target schools
- Develop a consistent talent profile (across target schools) for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting students into the program
- Focus on an exceptional experience, developing program for students outside of their day-to-day client delivery responsibilities
- Stay connected to students outside of their day-to-day client delivery responsibilities, keeping students engaged in Crowe
- Collaboration with BU leaders and other managers overseeing Crowe on Campus client delivery services
- Collect feedback on all participating students
- Assist student integration into traditional Crowe internships
- Provide quarterly report to firm leaders.
- Integrate Crowe on Campus pipeline into overall recruiting process
- Track data on geographical preferences, grad date, performance feedback, next steps and offer status
- Assist with sourcing efforts through the use of Handshake, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals and other direct source recruiting methods to find and engage talented and diverse candidates.
- Attend on campus recruiting events as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years campus recruiting experience required. Public accounting or other professional services industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success recruiting at multiple universities in highly aggressive and competitive markets.
- Proven consulting skills with client-facing experience and ability to manage relationships at all levels including senior leadership.
- Strong ability to track, build and maintain reports and communicate effective work summaries to clients.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint), applicant tracking databases (iCIMS preferred), Internet, etc.
- Superior organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills with ability to lead and manage.
- Strong communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Professional, positive, and mature attitude with good business acumen.
- Strong team, interpersonal and collaborative skills with keen ability to work with diverse groups of people
