We are looking for a full-time Client Support Champion to join the VCA California Veterinary Specialists Team!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Basic to advanced knowledge of medical conditions, medications and terminology (preferable)

· Telephone skills

· Medical terminology helpful

· General office practices and procedures

· Written communication, business English and composition

· Legible handwriting

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to work under pressure

Professionalism

· Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude with doctors and team members

· Be Respectful

· Be a Team Player

· Maintain confidentiality, i.e., patient and client medical information

· Able to communicate in a clear, courteous, and professional manner with clients, doctors, and staff members

· Willingness and ability to learn new skills

· Punctual, reliable, and flexible

· Arrive and be ready to work on the floor at the time your scheduled shift begins.

Education and Experience:

· High school graduate or equivalent

· 2 years’ reception, front desk, or call center experience required

· Applicants with veterinary, medical reception, or hospitality experience will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
