A small, acute care hospital located near Bakersfield, California has a fantastic opportunity for a Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist, 13-weeks, to come and work for their hospital! Great facility, great team and culture to be a part of!
Salary Range: $80 - $90 Hourly - *All Inclusive Rate*
Overtime Rate $120 - $135 Hourly
12 Hour Shifts = 8 Hours at Normal Rate + 4 Hours at Overtime Rate
Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist Job Description:
- CT/X-Ray Technologist is Full-Time position, 13 weeks
- Day or night shift availability
- Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts
- Weekly Direct Deposits
- CT/X-Ray Technologist competently performs a variety of standard, specialty and complex diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures and with accuracy; responsibly administering ionizing radiation using fluoroscopy, computed radiography (including the use of mobile c-arm and x-ray equipment) and Computed Tomography to achieve good quality studies under a variety of conditions with little or no supervision. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology and radiation physics/image production
- Demonstrates appropriate use of ALARA (minimal technique parameters, collimation) and correctly positions patients.

Travel CT/X-Ray Technologist Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology
- Must have an active BLS Certification
- Must be ARRT certified
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a CT Tech
