Essential Job Functions


  • Monitors and tracks curriculum changes, universitywide
  • Compiles, maintains and analyzes curriculum requirements within university curriculum systems offering guidance for faculty and department chairs in use of catalog information system
  • Attends and participates in appropriate college curriculum meetings to stay abreast of current and proposed curriculum changes to track and report back to the department team members, as necessary
  • Creates, maintains and plans student audits in the graduate planning system
  • Maintains curriculum records and processes exceptions such as course waivers, curriculum adjustments and course substitutions
  • Assists in maintaining curriculum system configurations and documentation, including participating in software project upgrades and system testing
  • Administers curriculum systems reports and manages associated data accordingly
  • Assists in troubleshooting department curriculum systems
  • Reports, reviews and analyzes courses in program of study reports in an effort to monitor students’ eligibility to receive financial aid according to government regulations
  • Assists with graduation review and degree conferral
  • Assists in maintaining student curriculum records for the purposes of student status changes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Moderate amount of experience working in higher education administration, computer programming, data analysis, curriculum or in other related work
  • Ability to telecommute

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management, technology or a related field of study
  • Three or more years of experience working in higher education systems
  • Experience collaborating with academic administration in higher education environment
