We’re growing our Customer Success department and we need you to help retain and grow our customers by ensuring they receive optimal value during their onboarding experience.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

The UCaaS Telephony Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering RevenueWell dental patient engagement solutions to our highly valued customers. In this role, you will guide customers through configuration of their RevenueWell Phone solutions, as well as their core RevenueWell engagement platforms. More specifically, you’ll lead customers through call-plan design, testing and delivery of their phone solutions and train them on best practices for their patient engagement platforms. This role involves collaborating with customers as well as internal teams to coordinate and complete projects efficiently, resulting in customer adoption and valuable outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Orient customers by setting expectations with project details and timelines for deliverables.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous RevenueWell Phone projects end-to-end.
  • Engage with customers remotely for project kick off meetings, design, testing, and training sessions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and the customer to plan, coordinate, and facilitate the configuration of the customer’s PBX, completion of numbers porting, and setup of physical phones.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the customer throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Provide customers with best practices for RevenueWell platform features.
  • Gain an understanding of each customer’s business.
  • Identify pain points, gaps, and requirements to lead the customer in the design of their solution.
  • Document information gleaned from the customer for internal knowledge transfer.
  • Provide key customer insights to relevant departments (Marketing, Product, and Engineering).
  • Identify and communicate ways to improve processes and customer experience.


WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Working knowledge of Telephony and UC technology preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
