Job description
The successful candidate will learn our business as a customer service team member who will assist our cafe customers with designing celebration and wedding cakes, assisting customers with dessert purchases in our café and assisting our decorating team with dessert preparations and entry level decorations. In addition to hourly wages, customer service team members also receive tips/gratuities.
Job Duties Include:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Share product knowledge with customers by staying updated on new products
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their design ideas
- Offer suggestions and ideas to assist customer in finalizing their custom order vision
- Provide over-the-counter food service
- Maintain work area in a neat and presentable manner
- Other duties as requested
Hours per week: 12 - 25
Varying Shifts: (Staff is expected to be available for varying shifts)
- Sample Early Shifts: Weekdays 9am - 3pm, Weekends 9am - 4pm
- Sample Late Shifts: Weekdays 2pm - 7pm, Weekends 2pm - 8pm
