Welcome to Sam Levitz! We are a family owned and operated furniture retailer in Southern Arizona and have been Tucson’s preferred home and office furnishings provider for over 65 years! Our Company was founded by Samuel A. Levitz in 1953 and has grown to 5 retail locations with over 600 employees. Our mission is to improve the furniture buying experience by providing quality service, high value product and affordable prices.

We have immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives and are actively seeking the perfect additions to our family! Customer Service Representative Duties

· Provide excellent Customer Service

· Alert customers of changes to their parts order

· Lookup customer information and answer questions

· Maintain phone system incoming/outgoing

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Computer skills a plus, will work with GERS, DispatchTrac, Metaswitch
• Adaptable to changing circumstances
• Learn the Company process and procedures
• Communicates and documents customer concerns
• Open to various work schedules (9am-7pm)
