Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist you are responsible for supporting the company’s sales efforts while addressing customer requests, assisting in identifying and sourcing the best product solution for customer applications.

Job Description would include but not limited to:

• Analyze and assess customer needs and respond quickly
• Identify, source and recommend products to our customer with the best value and the appropriate product solution
• Quote and price those products to the customer in multiple formats

· Be a liaison between the customer and our manufacturers we represent.

· Communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues

· Manage accounts by answering emails, telephone calls, working on spread sheets and processing EDI imports into our ERP system “Epicor Prophet 21 Software” for the fulfillment of orders for the customer.

· Review, analyze and process orders in our Vending Systems “AutoCrib, Matrix and Crib Master Software”

• Provide support to our outside sales team.
• Be willing to participate in training online or with our suppliers, work overtime when needed and have the desire to see the job completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Desired Education, Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills utilizing both phone and email

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

· Analytical and problem-solving skills with being diligent and detail oriented

· Have a sense of urgency without compromising accuracy

· Any experience with cutting tools, abrasives, safety or MROP products is a plus

· Inside Sales or Customer Service background

Salary Range:

$45,000 to $70,000 per year
