Cape Cod Furniture is seeking a Keyholder/Assistant Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their in-store purchases, placing orders, and handling customer inquiries. The role also requires strong computer skills, as you will be using Google-based platforms to access inventory and order information.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their needs

- Utilize Google-based platform to check inventory and pricing

- Manage returns and exchanges following company policies

- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions

- Ensure store cleanliness and organization

- Open and close the store as assigned by management

- Train new customer service representatives as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of customer service experience

- Ability to work well in a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
