After our customers purchase our products, you’ll be their go-to to help them enhance their customer experience, and help them get the most out of their Toilet Genius technology. Lavelle Industries has the opportunity to add a Customer Service Representative to our Burlington, WI location.
This opportunity focuses on establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships. Having an eye for detail to accurately process transaction within assigned accounts. You will field inquiries and help new and existing product owners assess their situation. Providing a solution for both routine and complex to help get them up and running again.
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain strong, positive, long lasting customer relationships
- Communicate with customers, consumers and colleagues in an appropriate, effective and friendly manner – written and oral
- Enter customer orders with a keen discipline for attention to details
- Research and resolve customer-specific issues
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements to ensure superior customer experiences
- Maintain data regarding customers and products; analyze metrics and initiate process improvements to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Experience
The successful candidate will have a blend of education and experience for this position.
- An Associate’s Degree and 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. 4 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- The ideal candidate is one who is experienced with all facets of the sales cycle from quotation through accounts receivable and into complaint resolution. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have experience in handling high volume customer contact of varying natures.

- Collaborative and constructive relationship with customers, sales reps, applications team, manufacturing staff, sales management, and the Customer Service team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook).
