POSITION SUMMARY-

This position requires an individual to have exceptional communication skills, excellent customer service and punctuality is a must. The individual should be able to handle every day rental tasks and be able to deal with situations that may arise at the rental counter. while acting in accordance with the company values, vision and mission.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-

• Travel to multiple locations in North NJ including Piscataway, Bridgewater, Edison, Linden, North Plainfield, Westfield, Summit, Parsippany, Morristown, Montclair, Little Ferry, Hackettstown, Springfield.
• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Providing exceptional Customer service
• Thorough inspections of vehicles (reporting to claims with proper documents)
• Cleaning cars inside and out
• Making reservations
• Making customers aware of different counter products we offer (coverage/roadside safety/XM etc.)
• Qualifying and verifying renters for fraud
• Overdue rentals reported in timely manner

Other Job Functions:

Keep up to date on all training

Any other duties or special projects assigned by the Area Manager

In addition to the functions listed above, the employee is expected to demonstrate leadership, exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with clients, and co-workers. Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions

• Working in office and outdoor environments
• Must be comfortable dealing with different temperatures

Physical Demands

• Must be able to clean cars inside and out, vacuuming, wiping down all touch points of the vehicle (windows, dashboard, cup holders, touch screens, etc. , washing outside of the cars in different types of weather depending on the station you are working at.
• Must be able to travel independently and safely occasionally
• Must have a valid, clean driving record that is approved by our insurance company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
