Requirements:

Experience:

- Some admin experience preferred but not required

- All training will be provided

Dependable:

- Reliable, even if the weather/traffic is troublesome

- Dependable transportation

- Great work attendance

Personality:

- Upbeat with energy

- A smile and attitude that can be felt on the other end of the phone

Skills:

- Google Drive

- Able to work with a high degree of integrity and operate independently

- Able to multi-task and work in a busy environment while staying organized and working efficiently

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Able to communicate clearly on the phone

- Proficient computer skills

- Type a minimum of 50 wpm

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule Appointments
• Answer emails and phone calls
• Listen to voice-mails and respond promptly
• Keep detailed notes within client accounts
• Keep detailed reminder notes to communicate with clients
• Take payments over the phone
• Enter check payments
• New account data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
