Our firm is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time; they will also be passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to communicate clearly in a professional environment. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and respond to customer emails.
- Track customer complaints.
- Resolve customer queries about service issues.
- Work with other customer service representatives to resolve common issues.
- Work with the product design team to improve customer service;.

Pay: $13.20 - $22.07 per hour
