Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.50 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:30pm)
- Schedules are Monday - Friday and one Saturday a month
- Provides support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling travel and membership products, generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information
- Responds to customer inquiries and refers to senior staff or agents when appropriate
- Answering customer questions in person or over the phone
- Working with multiple computer and phone systems
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Ability to work some Saturday's throughout the month
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for full 8 hour shift
- Ability to multitask at a high level
- Proficient phone and computer skills knowledge
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
