Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Paint and Body Shop

Location: Stone Mountain, Georgia

Salary: Starting at $15 per hour

Friendship Paint and Body, a reputable Paint and Body Shop in Stone Mountain, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and concerns.
• Check in customers' vehicles, assess accident-related damage, and update customers on repair status.
• Coordinate with repair planners and the production manager to ensure accurate repair status updates.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer appointments effectively.
• Attend the daily 8:30 am production meeting to stay informed about repair progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to commute to our Stone Mountain location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
