Our company, Great Ocean Condos and Homes, is the largest vacation rental management company with over 300 properties in the Lake Mary, FL area. We are actively seeking a mature, professional, customer service-oriented individual to create engaged relationships with our customers and owners by delivering superior service and quality with every interaction. We take great pride in assisting guests from all over the world with booking the perfect beach vacation rental. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, problem-solvers, and love delivering extraordinary customer service.

$18.00/hour

Hourly wage with overtime available. Health insurance, holidays, vacation benefits, and 401(k) matching provided to full time employees after a 90-day introductory period.

Our corporate office and location of employment is in Heathrow, FL. This is a full-time position; must be able to work 35-40 hours a week plus overtime if needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 year of customer service/sales experience is optimal.
• Experience in property management or hospitality is preferred
• Able to use appropriate grammar and tone to provide information and problem resolution to customers
• Weekend availability is required
• Pass a pre-employment background check
