Medieval Collectibles is an online retailer selling unique Medieval, Renaissance, and Fantasy themed replicas, home decor, clothing, and much more. We are a family-owned business that’s been around for over 20 years and have become an industry leader. You may have seen our products in movies, on TV, or at Renaissance events without even knowing it! While we carry products from top international brands, we are locally minded. We are unique in that we craft our Dragon Forge Leather products from scratch right here in Princeton, Indiana.

Customer Service Rep Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service via Phone, Email, and Live Chat.
• Take and process orders.
• Work with vendors.
• Must be knowledgeable with using computers and the internet.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Potential candidates should have a positive attitude and a willingness to help others, which is essential for customer service. Must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently.

A typical day would consist of taking orders by phone, providing order status by phone and/or email, answering general inquiries from customers regarding products, availability, and shipping times.

Our office positions start at $13.00 per hour or more based on experience. There is room to grow as we regularly give raises and/or promotions to employees who perform their job well.

Our benefits include 7 paid holidays after 3 months of employment, paid vacation starts after 1 year of employment, an annual anniversary bonus, and we also offer a 401K plan after 1 year of employment.
