Postion: Customer Service- $19.00 to $25.00 an hour + Uncapped Bonuses

Chapman Financial Services offers paid training with certified team educators to help ensure that our employees have the knowledge required to collect on past due debts ethically and professionally. We provide our staff with the latest cutting-edge tools and technology to do their job, including:

· State-of-The-Art Computer Hardware & Software- Our new DAKCS Software Systems, Inc. latest offering Beyond.Net is written with the power of Microsoft’s .NET platform. Beyond.net features a fully integrated graphical user interface.

· State-of-The-Art Phone System- Each collector has a private local phone number, a toll -free number, and their-own private pre-recorded voice message for call-backs to their private lines.

· Skip-tracing- We use multiple internet sites including Accurint, a national consumer data base owned by Lexis-Nexis, PACER, Work Number and others

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
• Excellent verbal communication
• Active Listening
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Self-Motivated and goal driven
• Strong negotiation skills
