Overall, Ritz Safety has 17 locations across the US, and our Henderson, NV based location is looking for a proven customer support expert. We desire a team member to work in a supportive and agile environment, in a support role for account managers and customers, focusing on the Las Vegas, NV market. We are looking for a proven CSR expert to help us improve our customer relationships. We have a heavy focus on industrial markets, construction, government and manufacturing. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational skills, and are looking for an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to improve their experience.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and returns
• Positive, happy and willing to support field reps.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions
• Greet and support walk in customers
• Presents products and services with confidence and skill
• Participate in a team environment
• Assess performance according to KPIs
• Help to create a positive environment

Skills

• Proven experience as a customer support expert
• Proven track record of supporting your team and customers
• Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs
• Proficient in MS Office, comfortable with the computer
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational and leadership ability
• Problem-solving aptitude
