ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR W2 EMPLOYMENT IN THE STATE OF TEXAS ONLY!!
This is a HYBRID position located at corporate office in Richardson, TX with respect to enforcing safety measures/protocol.
FIRST PHASE
- Phone interview - duration 5 - 10 minutes
SECOND PHASE
- Virtual face-to-face phone interview conducted either via Teams or Zoom
ONSITE TRAINING
- 5 day PAID training class from 9:15AM to 5:45PM CST MON-WEDNESDAY and varying between 8:00AM - 6:30PM THURS-FRIDAY
- NO weekend training

REQUIRED HOURS
- Must be able to work every Saturday, will be assigned a weekday off
- Up to 40 hours per week for Full Time with opportunity for OT (scheduled 8hrs daily)
- Evening shift availability required
- Up to 29 hours per week for Part Time
- Evening shift availability required
- Must exhibit excellent punctuality and reliability in regards to work schedule
- Shifts available (Morning): Monday - Saturday 8:00 to 4:30, 9:00 to 5:30, 10:00 to 6:30, and to 11 to 7:30
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively able to handle continuous flow of inbound calls (80-120 calls per shift)
- Comprehend customer's requests for rental services
- Proactively assisting customers' basic needs and problem solving
- Ability to multi-task and possess active listening skills
- Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills to relay written messages as necessary
- Accepting payments via phone
- Assisting prospective customers and upselling services
- Offering customer support via Live Chat
- Performing other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree is a PLUS
- Bilingual is a PLUS
- Call Center Experience is a PLUS (inbound/outbound)
- Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
- Have good Patience -Attentiveness - Clear Communication - Effective Listening, with each customer interaction
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
- 6 months+ in customer service role
- Experience working with a PC and be able to maneuver multiple screens simultaneously

COMPENSATION/PAYROLL SCHEDULE
- Variable compensation
- Base pay starts at $13 per hour and can earn up to $22 per hour
- Additional Performance BONUS Pay $$$ EACH MONTH
- Hourly rate is determined based upon performance during each pay period, please ask for details during interview
- Semi monthly - check dates 15th and Last day of the month
- 1st - 15th is paid on the last day of that month
- 16th - last day of the month is paid on the 15th of the following month
