Job description

• Pay: $14.50/hour if the shift falls before 10 a.m.; $15.50/hour if the shift falls after 10 a.m.
• Assignment Length: through the end of the school year (typically hire on STELLAR performers)
• Days/Hours: Training: 8:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri for the first three weeks, then will begin working their regular shift. Job seekers cannot miss ANY training!
• Normal shift times after training fall between the hours of 6:00am-10:00pm
• REMOTE opportunity; job seeker does not have to be local to OHIO, but has to be able to work EST hours

• Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Manages open calls to ensure prompt resolution
• Recognizes, documents, and alerts manager of trends in inquiries
• Recommends process improvements
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
• Answering phones, voice, and email to respond to customer requests

• MUST HAVE a quiet, dedicated workspace with own computer for video and audio capabilities
• Can be located anywhere in the US! (must be available to work EST hours)
• Previous customer service experience required
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills required; ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Self-starter and self- driven
• Very familiar with technology
