Gigantic investment group is looking for a Customer Service Representative with outstanding client-relations skills to join their philanthropic purpose of making charitable giving easy, convenient, and smart. Location: Malvern, PA.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30pm – 5pm

Hybrid position (In office 3 times/week)

Pay Rate: $22/hour

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring phone and email responsiveness by responding in a timely manner to incoming calls and correspondence from donors and prospects.
• Providing high quality and efficient service to donors and prospects by providing accurate information, engaging in active listening and presenting oneself in a non-judgmental and professional manner.
• Ensuring all information gathered on account advisors and prospects is accurately entered in to our internal recordkeeping system (Gemini).

The right candidate will have:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Exceptional client-relation skills required.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
