Our rapidly growing Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning company is looking for a Full-Time Call Center Customer Service Representative. This is a multi-faceted position involving inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Some knowledge of Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a plus but not required. Responsibilities:

*Call Center environment experience is required
*Answering inbound and outbound high volume calls
*Scheduling customer appointments
*Coordinating employee schedules
*Coordinating subcontractors and lenders
*Document preparation

*Manage large call volume
*Excellent Customer Service
*Personable and attentive
*Good communication and telephone skills
*Proficient Computer skills
*Ability to Time Manage / self-starter
*Good Organization skills
*Prior experience required

The posted salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate or annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
