Position Summary:

La Senza International, a division owned by the same firm as Current Media Group, is looking for a customer-oriented service representative who will function as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face.

Responsibilities:

  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails and/or calls and/or chats.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner always.
  • Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.
  • The hours and schedule for this position will vary week to week during the fall peak season based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task different screens and scenarios
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Must have own computer/laptop
  • Internet with upload and download speed over 20 mbps
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
  • Punctuality and consistent work attendance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

**This position is remote after 1 week of onsite training. Candidates must be local. Call center training will be at 6765 Campus Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80920.
