Customer Service Representative with SAP experience

$20-25 / hour

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Located in Norcross, Europe's leading signaling device manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent SAP and Outlook skills
• Serving key liaison between customers and our company by assisting with general inquiries regarding but not limited to: pricing, products, availability of inventory, delivery schedules, orders confirmations, and invoicing and collections
• Supporting and consulting with the warehouse to ship and expedite shipments.
• Handling incoming calls and provide some technical assistance to customers
