Customer Success Manager
Job description
This will be a hybrid role to be based out of Richmond, VA.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the new client onboarding process
- Update and maintain client information in HubSpot and Asana
- Complete monthly client and ad hoc reporting tasks
- Support client engagement strategies and programs
- Provide technical and client-facing support
- Partner and support the Client Success team on client renewal and upsell programs
What You'll Bring:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Solid understanding of technical applications including MS Office and G Suite
- Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment

This position has a base range of $40K - $50K USD. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
