Position: Customer Success Manager

Location: Rockville, MD

Title: Customer Success Manager

Salary: $60,000-75,000 (Base Pay + Bonuses)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time (Exempt)

Summary

We are looking for a service oriented and motivated individual to support our fast-paced, team. The role will focus on internal and external communications to new and existing clients and will provide direct support to our sales and operations teams. Successful candidates will have the ability to identify customers’ needs and present solutions that meet their requirements following company guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer 30-40 incoming calls per day from new and existing customers
• Review and respond to up to 100 emails per day from existing and prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Record all transactional information accurately in the company’s computer programs
• Support dispatch operations and inside sales teams by effectively communicating customer needs where applicable
• Complete tasks and assignments in a timely manner
• Work as an individual and as part of a team

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Analytical with the ability to solve problems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Proficient in English
• Patient and able to handle objections
• High school diploma; BS/BA is a plus
