We are looking for qualified strategic CFOs and COOs who are passionate about working with business owners and CEOs to grow their operations, build value, and take their company to the next level. Our team of experts provide privately held, growth stage companies with a variety of ongoing and project-based accounting and finance services that are operationally focused and make an impact.

The skill set and expertise of a successful Venturity CFO / COO includes:

• A minimum of 5 years prior CFO or COO experience
• Executive level communication skills
• Strategic planning and leadership
• Accounting department management and oversight
• Financial analysis
• Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling
• Prior accounting experience a plus

• M&A transaction experience
